After the current state of technology, Phoner runs on every nowadays available Windows based system,
that includes an ISDN adapter or a network connection for using
VoIP.
Phoner only has the following requirements:
- Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT40/2000/XP
- ISDN adapter with CAPI 2.0 (32 Bit) if using CAPI mode
- Fullduplex capable soundcard (16 Bit)
- Microfon and speakers (better: headset)
